What you are to be.

I sincerely hope that you are prepared for some reckless and careless personification. I have created you out of boredom and as the means to drive away from unproductive boredom. Please be a good pair of ears that willingly accept my spontaneous explosions of momentary social passion and my dreadfully uninspired weight of escapism. I write on you to myself. Perhaps to address some future self to stop wasting time and eating my weight in food daily.

I am currently present in the midst of my university break. Living in a space without dreamings of heavy theoretical thoughts or a need to constantly dream about Marx, Freud, Foucault, or Zizek. Thankfulness and a state of bliss would be the usual response, but as the non-respondent bag of bones i am, i sit and dwell in moody teenage fury against any person or animal that crosses my path. I am a cup of bottled-up silliness, being ungratefully poured.

Today, i have come to recognise a sneaking habit of mine. I have the tendency to begin things exhilaratingly and then slowly keep them unfinished. Within the past twenty-four hours along, i have: started knitting a scarf, delve sixty-four pages into E.M. Forster's A Room with a View, started reading the book of Exodus, took an old cardigan out to be bleached, and assembled a bed to the extent of mentally completing it. Anyhow, i guess in months time i will look back joyously and envy this state of uninspired potential. I have time but no motivation, and during semester i have no time but too much inspired motivation. Oh dear, i will never get anything done.

I apologise if you have read this far, it's hard to make the act of nothing sound remotely interesting. Another thing, there wasn't that much personification after all! Addressing my blog turned into addressing myself. Typical.
